String Quartet Candlelight Listening Room Session

Four Rivers Arts Council welcomes spring with a candlelit evening featuring classical and contemporary music by talented local string musicians in Downton Washington!

Join us at the newly updated Liberty Hall at 8 W. 2nd Street at 7 PM. Doors open a 6:30 PM.

Step into a world of classical and contemporary melodies, delicately woven by talented local musicians. Be transported to a serene realm as the soft glow of candlelight illuminates the hall, creating an atmosphere of tranquility and intimacy.

Tickets $15. Seating is limited, so secure your tickets early.

Immerse your senses in the warmth of a candlelit room while talented musicians take you on a journey around the globe while blending a variety of styles into a unique and familiar sound: Latin, popular Jazz standards, original compositions, blends of Middle Eastern and Flamenco influences, and more.

Farshid Etniko has traveled the world to satisfy his unending curiosity of musical styles. He has opened for Carlos Santa, Cassandra Wilson, Angelique Kidjo, Shahin & Seppher, B 52, Virtuoso Flamenco guitarist Juan Carmona. He has performed with world masters Ustad Imrat Kahn Sitar, Irish Pipes wizard Paddy Keenan, and Paquito & Sanro Lorier Gypsies from France.
